PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mirror surface angle adjusting device capable of reducing the number of part items, and capable of improving installation performance. SOLUTION: This mirror surface angle adjusting device includes a bracket installed in a vehicle body, a holder 9 installed on the bracket, a mirror tilting driving part 11 comprising a motor and a worm wheel gear 42 stored between the bracket and the holder 9, a pivot plate 10 having a pivot recessed part 80 capable of pressing in a pivot shaft 76 arranged on an outer surface of the holder 9 and three-dimensionally rockable to the holder 9 in a state of pressing the picot shaft 76 in the pivot recessed part 80, a mirror 6 supported by the pivot plate 10, an operation shaft 44B of the mirror tilting driving part 11 for advancing-retreating by penetrating through the holder 9 and connecting the distal end to the pivot plate 10, and a gear positioning rib 69 arranged on an inner wall of the holder 9 and positioning the worm wheel gear 42.
