PURPOSE: A base substrate for an LED lamp and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by omitting an etching process for forming a circuit pattern. CONSTITUTION: A base substrate(10) is made of aluminum. An insulation layer(20) is formed on the base substrate through an oxidation process. An LED device(40) is arranged on the insulation layer in a row through conductive or non-conductive adhesion unit(30). A connector(50) is serially arranged on the insulation layer along the LED device through the adhesive unit. An electric connection unit electrically connects the LED device to the connector.
