<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator for a rotary electric machine, wherein the insulation performance of an insulating film does not deteriorate, without rubbing the insulating film by the nozzle of a winding machine. <P>SOLUTION: The stator includes a tubular stator core, in which slot apertures are created, the insulating films, which are bent each into tubular forms to stick close to the inwalls of the slots and in each of which the gates at both circumferential ends are bent inward to form a film aperture that has an aperture width of not less than the aperture width of the slot aperture, and which are inserted each into each slot, with their film axial ends projected from the axial ends of the stator core, and annular insulators, in which insulator slots roughly in the same form as slots in the stator core and slot apertures between the tip edges and the tip edges and insulator apertures between insulator edges and insulator edges are created, and which are provided with hooks that hook the inserted film axial ends in the vicinity of the gates of the insulating films and are mounted in both axial ends of the stator core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
