<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly distribute documents to meet requests from event participants. <P>SOLUTION: In an event document distribution system having an event management server and an image processing device communicably connected to the computer terminals of the event participants, the event management server registers event information including information to identify an event, information to identify the event participants and attribute information indicating whether each participant calls for the event information on paper media. When the printout of the event document is indicated, the image processing device obtains the event information from the event management server, calculates the number of participants, calling for the event information on paper media, based on the attribute information, and prints out the event document by the quantity equal to the number of participants, based on the data obtained from the event management server or read by an image reading unit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
