<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spray device for salt manufacture and a salt manufacturing apparatus, which enable to efficiently manufacture high-quality natural salt in a small-scale space. <P>SOLUTION: In the spray device for salt manufacture, when seawater is supplied from a water supply inlet and a turntable is turned by a motor, the seawater forming an even thin film on the bottom face of the turntable by the centrifugal force of the turntable is diffused outward along the inner surface of the turntable and dispersed by collision with each rotary vane, and the dispersed seawater is scattered in the form of fine particles by many burrs near the upper end of the turntable and sprayed outward as fine mist by passing through a mesh material.
