<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a point management system that awards points to customers possessing cellphones via various electronic apparatus with display devices installed in commercial facilities. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus displays or transmits electronic information including a unique number corresponding to a drawing right and a URL to a point management site when a preset condition is satisfied.
