<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-electrolytic corrosion rolling bearing requiring only a small number of working processes, facilitating the manufacture, and reducing costs while securing adhesion of an insulating layer to a bearing ring. <P>SOLUTION: Coating layers 5A of a two layer structure of the ceramics insulating layer 6 and a metal layer 8 are provided on faces a-c attached to a housing of an outer ring 2.
