<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve securely entering data by using voice, even when it is not likely to be affected by the surrounding noise and conversation, and so on, or there are speeches with similar content, or double constants and/or thrumming sounds. <P>SOLUTION: The start and the finish of voice input are detected and the voice input during the time detected from the start until the finish of the voice input is recognized. Several similar subject name voice data is extracted by searching the subject name voice data for each of the subject memorized in a memory means in a voice data form recognized and subject codes and subject names that correspond to each of the subject name voice data for each of the several subjects extracted are obtained from the memory means.
