PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the achievement of the selection and collection of cells by spot. SOLUTION: The cell array sorter includes with a base plate 11, a plurality of cell-adhesion regions 25 formed on the base plate 11, and heating elements 17 installed so as to correspond to the plurality of the cell-adhesion regions 25. A temperature-responsible polymer 27 changing the state between a cell-adhesion state and a cell-non-adhesion state by responding to the temperature is immobilized on the surface of the cell-adhesion region 25.
