PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To export one-segment content automatically in an area broadcasting station in one segment area broadcasting, to make the one-segment area broadcasting. SOLUTION: An area broadcasting station has a server for storing a TS of content prior to broadcasting, and a master broadcasting station has a server for storing the content and broadcasting driving data. The area broadcasting station server monitors the server of the master broadcasting station periodically, and when the broadcasting driving data of a self-station is updated, the area broadcasting station server downloads the broadcasting driving data by FTP from the server of the master broadcasting station, downloads the content corresponding to a raw material ID described in the broadcasting driving data from the server of the master broadcasting station, automatically exports the corresponding raw material contents at the corresponding time in accordance with the broadcasting driving data, and deletes the raw materials having broadcast in the past out of the raw material IDs which do not exist in the broadcasting time and the raw materials ID to be broadcast as the broadcasting driving data of the area broadcasting station.
