PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a radiogram interpreting doctor to easily recognize whether or not a change in an abnormal shadow candidate requires urgency. SOLUTION: In a medical image display system 100, the control part 31 of an image server 3 calculates a change value (difference value) between the feature quantity of an abnormal shadow candidate detected from the medical image of a radiogram interpreting object and the feature quantity of an abnormal shadow candidate detected from the medical image of a past inspection, on the basis of the CAD information of the medical image of the radiogram interpreting object selected by the operation part 42 of a radiogram interpreting terminal 4 and the CAD information of the medical image of the past inspection on the same inspection condition of the same patient, and when determining that the change quantity exceeds a predetermined threshold, warning information warning to that effect is transmitted to the radiogram interpreting terminal 4 by a communication part 34. When receiving the warning information from the image server 3 by a communication part 44, the control part 41 of the radiogram interpreting terminal 4 outputs the warning information by a display part 43 or the like.
