PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a stator which prevents the draw-in of insulating films when winding coils and prevents the insulating films from running out of slots when a rotary electric machine is driven. SOLUTION: The stator includes: a pair of insulators 4 arranged at both end surfaces in the axial direction of a split core 2; the insulating films 5 provided on both side surfaces of teeth 21; protrusions 43, which are provided on the insulators 4 and protrude in a circumferential direction from the teeth end 22; slits 44 provided in the protrusions 43 and used for inserting the insulating films 5 when winding the coils 3; and ribs 45 formed between the slits 44 and the end surfaces of the protrusions 43. The insulating films 5 arranged to cover the circumference of the coils 3 are stored inside the slots 6 formed between the teeth 21. The protrusions 43 of the insulators 4 are substantially in contact with the protrusions 43 of the insulators 4 arranged adjacently. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
