PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the influence of stray capacitance due to wiring between a pad with an oscillator externally attached thereto and an internal circuit, in a semiconductor integrated circuit for providing an oscillation circuit by externally attaching an oscillator thereto. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit includes: a semiconductor substrate; an inverter 32 including an input terminal connected to a first pad P1 through a first resistor R1 and a first capacitor C<SB>AC</SB>, and an output terminal connected to a second pad P2 through a second resistor R2 and a third resistor R<SB>D</SB>; a feedback element 33 connected between the inverter input terminal and the connection point of the second resistor R2 and the third resistor R<SB>D</SB>, and constituting an oscillation block with the inverter; a second capacitor C<SB>G</SB>connected between the connection point of the first resistor R1 and the first capacitor and substrate potential, and arranged between the first pad and the oscillation block; and a third capacitor C<SB>D</SB>connected between the connection point of the second resistor R2 and the third resistor R<SB>D</SB>, and the substrate potential, and arranged between the second pad P2 and the oscillation block.
