<p>PURPOSE: An injection mold machine having an automatic cutting device for side gates is provided to prevent foreign materials from being stuck on an injection molded article. CONSTITUTION: An injection mold machine(100) having an automatic cutting device for side gates comprises fixed and movable templates(102,116), fixed and movable dies(106,108), an ejector plate(114), a space block(118), a support rod(120), and a guide pin(122). The fixed and movables die are coupled with each other on the lower part of the fixed template. Ejector pins of the ejector plate separate injection-molded products. The movable template is coupled with the lower part of the ejector plate and supports the ejector plate. The space block is coupled with one side of the ejector plate and supports the movable die. The support rod is coupled with the other side of the ejector plate and supports the movable die. The guide pin is installed in through-holes.</p> |
