<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a color filter superior in productivity and providing flat pixels without using a large device when manufacturing the color filter by using an inkjet printing device. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method of manufacturing the color filter to form the pixel by applying ink to the inside of a partition, which partitions off many areas, by the inkjet printing device on a substrate having the partition. The method includes: at least a step of applying ink to the inside of the partition; an ink drying step of evaporating solvent in the ink; a first ink curing step of curing the ink by photopolymerization; and a second ink curing step of curing the ink by heating, thereby the color filter of high quality having the flat pixels is manufactured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
