PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which makes a fiber bundle be impregnated with a resin surely and uniformly in a filament winding apparatus using a method for spraying the resin on the fiber bundle. SOLUTION: A resin discharge device 90 includes: a resin tank 111 storing the liquid resin; a resin supplying nozzle 80 discharging the resin supplied from the resin tank 111; a resin temperature sensor 113 detecting the temperature of the resin; and a control device 130 to which a detection signal from the resin temperature sensor 113 is transmittably connected. The controller 130 calculates the viscosity of the resin based on an elapsed time after a curing agent is mixed with a main agent constituting the resin, or the curing agent and a curing accelerator are mixed with a main agent and the temperature of the resin detected by the resin temperature sensor 113 and adjusts the discharge pressure of the resin discharged from the resin supplying nozzle 80 in accordance with the viscosity.
