PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag manufacturing machine which accurately, in a short time, positions seal bars at positions at equal intervals from the center of a printed picture pattern (the center of rows) and positions the front surface and back surface seal bars. SOLUTION: In the bag manufacturing machine for manufacturing a bag-shaped packaging bag by heat-sealing of a film material printed and wound in a roll shape, the bag manufacturing machine is characterized by including: the seal bar for a surface for sealing the surface; the seal bar for a back face for sealing the back face; movable fitting members to which respective seal bars are fitted; feeding screws for moving the seal bars for moving movable fitting members; and a clutch for intermitting the feeding screws for intermitting the feeding screws for moving the seal bars.
