PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device capable of improving ride comfort when a vehicle travels, by enhancing shock absorbing performance when getting over a step height part, without increasing the volume in rubber bushes. SOLUTION: This suspension device is constituted so that the rubber bushes 9a and 9b of an arm 9 as a lower side torque rod are compressed forward in advance by forming an air spring 5 itself as an eccentric structure for offsetting a rubber diaphragm 5b to a piston 5a so that the axis Op of the piston 5a of the air spring 5 is relatively displaced forward byδfrom the axis Oa of the rubber diaphragm 5b.
