PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit layout method of a printed wiring board such that problems of oscillation etc., hardly occur even to a circuit using, particularly, feedback with many troubles. SOLUTION: When a signal processing circuit which processes and outputs an input signal and a feedback circuit which processes and returns a signal output from the signal processing circuit to an input of the signal processing circuit are laid out on the printed wiring board, the signal processing circuit includes a plurality of circuit blocks by function, which are laid out on a first surface of the printed circuit board respectively so that a signal path from an input to an output may be linear; and the feedback circuit includes a plurality of circuit blocks by function, and the circuit blocks by function which constitute the feedback circuit are laid out on the back surface of the first surface of the printed wiring board so that a feedback signal may flow reversely to the signal path from the input to the output.
