PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate manufacture of a game board made of synthetic resin, by forming a hard coat layer which protects the surface of the game board from a scratch evenly and cleanly and furthermore in an easy process. SOLUTION: A transfer film 3 is formed by laminating a release layer 3c, a hard coat layer 3b, a pattern layer 3d and an adhesive layer 3e on a base film 3a. Large and small through-holes 2a-2h are formed on a plate-like game board 1 of predetermined thickness made by synthetic resin on which various winning prize devices 20 and decorative bodies can be mounted. The transfer film 3 is provided on the surface of the game board 1 so that the adhesive layer 3e is positioned on the inside, The transfer film 3 is pressed to the surface of the game board 1 with a roll transfer apparatus 4 to release the base film 3a.
