PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reduced-size push-on switch to be used for the operation part of various kinds of electronic equipment, being made thinner and having high-degree waterproofness. SOLUTION: On an approximately rectangular plate-shaped first contact plate 11 formed of a well conductive metal thin plate, a rectangular plate-shaped spacer 13 is arranged which is formed of an LCP resin with a circular center hole 13A in the center. An approximately rectangular plate-shaped second contact plate 12 is located on the spacer which is formed of a well conductive metal thin plate with a circular center opening 12B in the center. With thermocompression bonding, the spacer 13 produces anchor effects so that it is mutually fixed to the surface of each of the first contact plate 11 and the second contact plate 12 into one unit. A domed movable contact 4 is arranged on the second contact plate 12. The movable contact 4 is covered with and held by a protecting sheet 5 adhered to the upper face of the second contact plate 12.
