PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a determination apparatus of a reduction of a vacuum of a vacuum insulation section which accurately determines the reduction of the vacuum, and a determination method of the reduction of the vacuum. SOLUTION: A first temperature sensor 14 is disposed by abutting on a roof plate 11 in a vacuum insulation material 12. A temperature T1 of the roof plate 11 can be detected by the first temperature sensor 14. A second temperature sensor 15 is disposed by abutting on the vacuum insulation material 12 in a lining 13. A temperature T2 can be detected by the second temperature sensor 15 on a surface of the lining 13 at the side of the vacuum insulation material 12. A third temperature sensor 16 is disposed on a surface of the lining 13 at the side of a vehicle interior R. A temperature T3 can be detected by the third temperature sensor 16 on the surface of the lining 13 at the side of the vehicle interior R.
