PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent detachment of a hose by a simple structure, to prevent protrusion and sandwiching of the rest of packing from/between the joint portions of both divided pieces, to easily fasten the elastic packing to a holder, and to facilitate holder fastening operation. SOLUTION: When the elastic packing 2 is moved in the opposite direction to the direction of insertion together with a hose H and the outer peripheral surface 2b of the elastic packing 2 is positionally offset in the opposite direction to the direction of insertion along a tapered surface 3d on the inner periphery of a holder 3, the elastic packing 2 is further deformed by compression in the radial direction of the hose H, and as this happens the inner peripheral surface 2c of the elastic packing 2 is pressure-fixed to the outer peripheral surface H2 of the hose H which is thereby pinched between the elastic packing 2 and a nipple 1 in such a way that the hose H cannot move in the opposite direction to the direction of insertion.
