PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilt panel and a recorder, which improve the product safety by preventing the breakage of a bearing of a rotary shaft. SOLUTION: The operation panel 20 which can be freely displaced around the rotary shaft 23, wherein the rotary shaft 23 set in a panel body 21 is pivotally supported by the bearing 22 screwed to an internal housing 2a, is constituted to have the bearing 22 equipped with an engagement part 50 engaged with the internal housing 2a.
