PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent dew condensation on a window with a low energy consumption. SOLUTION: This blower unit includes: a unit body 11 provided opposite to the ventilation port 7 outside a house provided with the window 4 and the ventilation port 7 on the upper side of the window 4; an outside air fan 21 provided in the unit body 11 so as to suck outside air; a first channel 16 provided in the unit body 11 so as to introduce exhaust air discharged from the ventilation port 7 and discharge the exhaust air from a first discharge portion 19 as an exhaust air flow a; and a second channel 17 introducing the outside air sucked by the outside air fan 21 and discharging the outside air from the second discharge portion 20 as an outside air flow b. The exhaust air flow a is discharged in a manner to flow along the outer surface of the window 4.
