Disclosed is a polyimide film obtained from an aromatic tetracarboxylic acid ingredient comprising 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride as the main component and an aromatic diamine ingredient comprising p-phenylenediamine as the main component, characterized in that the film, when examined for dimensional change in the course of heating from 25ºC to 500ºC, has a maximum value of dimensional change in the range of +0.6% to +0.9%, excluding +0.6%, of the dimension of the film as measured as 25ºC before the heating. The polyimide film is used as a substrate to produce a CIS solar cell having flexibility and a high conversion efficiency. |
