PURPOSE: A bicycle mounted terminal and a bicycle management system are provided to control power consumption in multi stages according to illumination measured in a self-solar cell module. CONSTITUTION: A wireless communication module(14) transmits and receives data to and from a bicycle management server through a wireless repeater of a bicycle rack. The wireless communication module transfers to the bicycle management server the user information recognized in an RFID reader module(36). The wireless communication module receives standard time information from the bicycle management server, and a power management module(12) controls the daytime mode and a night mode according to the standard time information. |
