Disclosed is a torque converter (1) wherein the mounting angle of turbine blades (41) at a turbine outlet functioning as a fluid outlet of a turbine liner (4) is smaller than the mounting angle of turbine blades (41) at a turbine inlet functioning as a fluid inlet of the turbine liner (4); the radius (ro) of an inscribed circle (ICo) inscribed in the turbine shell (40)-side outer profile (41co) and the turbine core (42)-side inner profile (41ci) of each turbine blade (41) at the turbine outlet, is larger than the radius (ri) of an inscribed circle (ICi) inscribed in the outer profile (41co) and the inner profile (41ci) at the turbine inlet; and the outer profile (41co) of each turbine blade (41) is further expanded than the pump shell (30)-side outer profile (31co) of each pump blade (31) in the extending direction of the rotation axis (AC), on the turbine outlet side.
