摘要 <p>Provided is a tomogarphic measurement device capable of making the change of the light path length larger even if the diameter (area) of a support plate is the same. The tomographic measurement device comprises a light source which emits light, a light splitting member which splits the light emitted from the light source into first light and second light, a light path length varying member which changes the light path of the first light, a light coupling member which couples the first light and the second light, and an amplitude measuring member which measures the amplitude of light obtained by the coupling by the coupling member. The light path varying member comprises a support plate, a rotation support member which supports and rotates the support plate, a first supported reflection member and a second supported reflection member which are disposed on the support plate along a straight line passing through the center of rotation of the support plate, a first fixed reflection member which causes light reflected from the first reflection member to enter the second reflection member, and a second fixed reflection member which reflects light reflected from the second reflection member and returns the light to the second reflection member.</p>
