PURPOSE: A micro heating device is provided to obtain uniform temperature distribution on a heating element by uniformly maintaining the heating amount in the center and the edge of the heating element. CONSTITUTION: A heating element(110) includes a plurality of hole patterns(110a). The resistance of the plurality of hole patterns becomes small from the edge to the center of the heating element. First and second electrodes(130a,130b) are connected to the heating element. The first and second electrodes apply the external power to the heating element.
