Disclosed is a container crane apparatus. The container crane apparatus comprises: a steel frame structure having an arm extending over a container vessel; a main trolley for moving back and forth along the arm and loading and unloading containers onto/from the container vessel; a vertically moving unit for elevating containers in conjunction with the main trolley; a horizontally moving unit for intermittently conveying containers horizontally in conjunction with the vertically moving unit; and a sub-trolley for loading and unloading containers onto/from a container-conveying trailer in conjunction with the horizontally moving unit.
