PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of an array substrate for a liquid display device is provided to include at least one among etched gate wire and source/drain by using etching compositions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an array substrate for a liquid display device includes as follows: a step of forming a gate wire on the substrate; a step of forming a gate insulating layer on a substrate including the gate wire; a step of forming a semi conductor on the gate insulating layer; a step of forming a source and a drain electrode on the semi conductor; a step of forming a pixel electrode which is connected to the drain electrode.
