PURPOSE: A hot isostatic pressing device is provided to efficiently and quickly cool a chamber after a HIP process. CONSTITUTION: A hot isostatic pressing device comprises a high-pressure container(2), an inner casing(3), an outer casing(4) and a heating unit(7). The high-pressure container holds a target. The inner casing is arranged in the high-pressure container to surround the target and to block gas. The outer casing is arranged to surround the inner casing and to block gas. The heating unit is installed in the inner casing and forms a hot zone around the target. The isostatic pressing device performs isostatic pressing processing on the target using pressure gas in the hot zone, which is insulated by the inner and outer casings.
