PURPOSE: A piezoelectric tire for energy harvesting is provided to remarkably improve the run-flat distance of a vehicle by charging the battery of an electric vehicle while driving. CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric tire for energy harvesting comprises a piezoelectric element. The piezoelectric element is attached on the inner side of the tire corresponding to the road surface of the tire. The piezoelectric tire uses an element for converting mechanical energy into electric energy and electric energy into mechanical energy for various kinds of electric vehicles.
