PURPOSE: A dew-condensation preventing frame of an air conditioner and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase the structural strength of a frame by connecting a frame body to an inner frame member by a connecting member. CONSTITUTION: A dew-condensation preventing frame of an air conditioner comprises a frame body(120) and an inner frame member(130). The frame body comprises a pair of contact walls(121), an outer wall(122) and an inner wall(123). The contact wall is arranged between neighboring insulating panels and has a pipe shape. The contact wall makes contact with the corner of the insulating panel. The outer wall forms the outer surface of the case. The inner wall faces the inner side of the case. The inner frame member comprises an inside part(131) and a blade part(132). The inside part is arranged away from the inner wall of the frame body and is located in parallel to the inner wall.
