PURPOSE: A structure for measuring the wear of underwater concrete is provided to test the wear resistance of an underwater concrete structure against water hammering by quantitatively and objectively measuring the amount of wear caused by scour. CONSTITUTION: A structure for measuring the wear of underwater concrete comprises a fixed element(100) and a mobile element(200). The fixed element is fixed in a field where an underwater concrete structure is placed. The mobile element is loaded with a concrete specimen(220) for testing the wear of concrete and removably installed on the fixed element. The fixed element comprises a fixing member, an L-shaped support unit(104), and a connection bar(106).
