摘要 PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing chronic myeloid leukemia using a peptide set is provided to perform clinical diagnosis and prognosis of chronic myeloid leukemia. CONSTITUTION: A peptide set for quantitative measurement of Bcr-Abl hybrid protein is LGGGQHGEVYEGVWK(sequence number 1[SEQ ID NO:1]),LGGGQYGEVYEGVWK(sequence number 2), LGGGQFGEVYEGVWK(sequence number 3), LGGGQYGVVYEGVWK(sequence number 4), LGGGQYGK(sequence number 5), PPFYIITE(sequence number 6), PPFYIIIE(sequence number 7), KQSSKALQRPVASDF(sequence number 8), EEALQR(sequence number 9), or TGQIWPNDGEGAFHGDAEALQR(sequence number 10). A method for quantitative measurement of the Bcr-Abl hybrid protein comprises: a step of isolating a target protein from a sample; a step of treating protease to the protein; and a step of analyzing the mass of the peptide. The target protein is p190, p210, or p230. The protease is trypsin or Glu-C.
