<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To notify an owner of a building of the necessity of maintenance before the necessity arises. <P>SOLUTION: Average lifetime for each building facility used in a residence is read from a member DB, the time a predetermined period (e.g. three months, one year or the like) before the average lifetime is calculated as replacement time, and a list of building facilities used in the residence, which are acquired from the member DB, and the calculated replacement time are displayed with a warning. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
