<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored photosensitive resin composition with which a film with good flatness is formed by using a liquid-saving coater. <P>SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition contains: a coloring agent (A); a binder resin (B); a photopolymerizable compound (C); a photopolymerization initiator (D); a solvent (E); and a surfactant (F), and is characterized in that the composition has a viscosity of 2.0-5.0 mPa s and a contact angle of 10-20°, the contact angle being formed by dropping 2 μL of the composition on a glass substrate and measured after a lapse of 0.2 s, and that the solvent (E) contains propylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate and ethyl 3-ethoxypropionate, and the surfactant (F) is at least one selected from the group composed of a silicone based surfactant and a silicone based surfactant composed of a compound having fluorine atoms. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
