PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear structure of a saddle-riding type vehicle capable of reducing air resistance to a traveling wind, and capable of revealing an excellent appearance quality. SOLUTION: A vehicle has a grab rail 62 in a vehicle rear part by layering rear cowls 60L and 60R above a rear wheel, and is provided with: a grab body part 75 for arranging recessed parts 70L and 70R in the rear cowls 60L and 60R, forming the grab trail 62 in a substantially U shape and gripped on the grab rail 62 by an occupant; and vehicle side installation parts 76L and 76R installed on the vehicle side. The vehicle side installation parts 76L and 76R are stored in the recessed parts 70L and 70R, and a continuous surface is formed of the rear cowl 62 and the vehicle side installation parts 76L and 76R of the grab rail 62.
