PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-weight environment-friendly ventilator superior in assembling, heat insulating and recycling performances. SOLUTION: A noncombustible cardboard configuring a casing 6 is composed of three components of a plate member 6-1 fixed to a side of an outside air port and an exhaust port 5, a plate member 6-2 fixed to a side of an air supply port 4 and a return air port 3, and a plate member 6-3 continuously configuring a top face, a bottom face and two side faces from a sheet of cardboard, and a hollow hexahedron is formed by assembling them. Foamed resin components configuring a flow channel in the ventilator 1 are assembled as an internal component member 7, the plate member 6-3 is provided with ruled lines for folding in advance to cover four faces of the top face, the bottom face, and right and left both side faces of the internal component member 7, and by folding the plate member with reference to the ruled lines, an inner surface of the casing 6 and an outer surface of the assembled internal component member 7 have the approximately same dimensions when the casing 6 is formed by assembling the plate members 6-1, 6-2, 6-3.
