<p>Provided is a speaker wherein the magnetic circuit can be prevented from coming off from the frame even if the speaker is made compact, and also provided are an electronic device equipped with the speaker and a method of manufacturing the speaker. A speaker (1) comprises a frame (5), a vibrating body (3) supported on the frame (5), and a magnetic circuit (2) having a magnet (8a) formed annularly, an annular plate (9a) superimposed on one surface of the magnet (8a) and a yoke (7) fixed onto the other surface of the magnet (8a). The plate (9a) comprises an annular body (22) superimposed on one surface of the magnet (8a), and a protrusion (23) protruding from the outer edge of the body (22) toward the outside. The frame (5) is provided with an annular frame (17) which surrounds the outer edge of the magnetic circuit (2) while embedding the outer edge of the magnet (8a) and the protrusion (23).</p> |
