PURPOSE: A system and a method for regulating an illegal parking car in disabled parking are provided to reduce a regulation error by automatically regulating an illegal parking vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In a system and a method for regulating an illegal parking car in disabled parking, a plurality of sensor units(120) senses the entrance of the vehicles. A plurality of sensor units generates a sensing signal. A main camera unit(150) takes a picture of the license plate of entering vehicle and performs short distance and long distance shot. An image server(140) receives a sensing result and identifying information The image server converts the purpose of the main camera.
