PURPOSE: A table roller for transferring a thick plate for reducing noise is provided to improve working environment and to prevent the damage to a thick plate since shock and vibration between a thick plate and a roller decrease when the thick plate is transferred by a given shape of groove on the surface of the roller. CONSTITUTION: A table roller for transferring a thick plate for reducing noise comprises a cylindrical roller and shafts, which are formed on both sides of the roller. A plurality of grooves(5) are formed on the surface(3) of the roller. The grooves have a ring shape and are formed to be spaced from each other in the moving direction of a thick plate. The grooves are formed on the surface of the roller. The cross section of the grooves has a circle, square or triangle shape. The height(H) of the groove is 1/12 ~ 1/8 of the table roller in radius.
