PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new electrospinning method and an electrospinning apparatus to which the new electrospinning method is applied. SOLUTION: The electrospinning method for spinning by spraying a spinning solution from a nozzle on an electric field includes charging the spinning solution, sending the spinning solution to the nozzle, spraying and spinning the spinning solution from the nozzle. The electrospinning apparatus for spraying a spinning solution on an electric field and spinning has the nozzle 5 for spraying the spinning solution and a vessel 6 for holding and charging the spinning solution to be sent to the nozzle.
