PURPOSE: A foreign substance discharging apparatus is provided to rapidly remove foreign substances from inner walls of the foreign substance discharging apparatus using a heater mounted on a housing. CONSTITUTION: A foreign substance discharging apparatus(101) comprises the following: a housing(110) including an inhalation hole(111) and an exhaust hole(113); a blowing fan(105) generating the flow of contents inside the housing; and a foreign substance removing unit(120) removing foreign substances from inner walls of the housing. The foreign substance removing unit is a plate heater(140).
