PURPOSE: A device and method for generating power using a battery-array are provided to reduce noises by selectively operating the level of a power output. CONSTITUTION: A generating unit(110) generates power of a preset capacity by a generation control signal. A batter-array unit(140) stores power by including a high output battery-array and a low output battery-array. A distribution unit(120) distributes power according to a generation distribution signal. A charging unit(130) charges the distributed power in the high output battery-array and the low output battery-array. A switching unit(160) includes a changeover switch for outputting power.
