PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine configured to simultaneously execute variable display of a first special symbol and the variable display of a second special symbol, and capable of generating a special game state advantageous to a player by preferentially making a jackpot with the second special symbol. SOLUTION: In the game machine 1, the probability of winning a minor jackpot or jackpot is set higher than the probability of missing in second jackpot determination executed based on entrance of a game ball into a second starting hole, and the variation time for the first special symbol is set long while the variation time for the second special symbol is set short. When the minor jackpot or jackpot is won in the second jackpot determination while the first special symbol and the second special symbol are variably displayed at the same time and when the variable display of the second special symbol is stopped first, measurement of the time of variable display of the first special symbol is suspended based on the stop of the second special symbol as a winning symbol, and the suspended measurement is restarted after a large winning hole opening game.
