PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can further save power in a power saving mode by using an electric double-layer capacitor. SOLUTION: When a charging voltage of a super capacitor circuit 12 is equal to or higher than a preset first predetermined voltage during the power saving mode, power supply paths W1 and W3 are shut off and a power supply path W2 is set up. When the charging voltage is less than a second predetermined voltage, the power supply path W2 is shut off and the power supply paths W1 and W3 are set up. Thus, the charging voltage of the super capacitor circuit 12 can be utilized for supplying power to a sub microcomputer 1 or the like during the power saving mode. Furthermore, when switching the set-up/shut-off of the power supply path W2, after both the power supply paths W2 and W3 are set up, the power supply path W3 is shut off when setting up the power supply path W2, and the power supply path W2 is shut off when shutting off the power supply path W2.
