PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: a heating element such as a heater may not be used because a resistance value of the organic self-temperature control-heating element obtained by dispersing carbon black to a heat-fused polymer is increased with time, while, instead, heaters using an organic self-temperature control-heating element by printing using graphite are of a main stream, but there are limited types of polymers to be used since the polymer with high crystallinity has low solubility to a solvent. SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing an organic self-temperature control-heating element, graphite fine particles and polymer fine particles having similar particle sizes are mixed, and they are molded in a powder state without having them put through heat fusion and dissolution into the solvent.
